SONGS of Smokie can be heard at a gig in Keighley this month to raise money for Manorlands.

Wild Wild Angels will perform their tribute to the Bradford band who had hits in 1970s and 1980s.

The gig is a second of a programme of gigs planned throughout the year at the New Variety Club, Russell Street, to raise money for the Oxenhope hospice.

Wild Wild Angels will return on December 14, and Legends Disco will be in residency for all the concerts.

Upcoming gigs at Keighley’s New Variety Club: Motown and soul singer Natalie Rose, July 6; 80s hits from Hayley, July 27; rock band Sciatica, August 3; Idle Elvis’ Rock ‘n’ Roll Night with the Jivers, August 17; seven-piece reggae pop band Love Generation, August 31; floor-filling energetic pop princess Emzy, September 28; DJ Mercury celebrates the music of Queen, October 5.
