THE MANFREDS have invited Georgie Fame along with them as they take their Maximum Rhythm and Blues show to the Victoria Theatre in Halifax.

Audiences can expect songs like ‘Do Wah Diddy’, ‘Pretty Flamingo’, Sha La La’, and ‘5-4-3-2-1’ during the November 3 concert.

As founding member of The Blue Flames, Georgie Fame achieved three UK number one singles.

The Manfreds line-up features Manfred Mann, Mike d’Abo and Paul Jones, who both sang on a host of hits with the band during the 1960s.

Since forming in 1962, Manfred Mann have secured their place in the history of British pop music. During the concert, the band will perform songs that brought its members success as individual artists, such as the Mike d’Abo-penned ‘Handbags and Gladrags’ and the McGuinness Flint classic ‘When I’m Dead and Gone’.

With his much-loved blend of jazz and rhythm & blues, Georgie Fame has worked in the highest musical circles and has become an icon of the British music scene. Visit flyingmusicboxoffice.com to book tickets.
