Sir - I recently attended a funeral at Shay Grange In Heaton and was amazed that there is no direct bus service to the crematorium.
Not everyone has access to a car and it is a little bit out of the way for anyone attending a service.
Did any thought go into this when the location was decided on, or are they any plans to put a service in place?
