The Forster Square station arches are to be gated off
SIR - When the 10 arches adjacent to Bradford Forster Square Station are gated off then there are understandable concerns as to what will happen to the rough sleepers who congregate there (T&A, April 29).
Hopefully these will be able to be satisfactorily addressed by Bradford Council and others.
However, in my view it is quite right that this action is to be taken. It is not a pleasant experience for unaccompanied females to traverse that walkway, and anything to remove those concerns is surely to be welcomed.
