Budget proposals have been discussed at City Hall
SIR - It seems (T&A, January 13) that opposition councillors within Bradford Council only found out about the budget proposals by reading them on the T&A website.
Chief Executive Lorraine O'Donnell said she had apologised to the councillors for the delay in the proposals being published.
That was surely a rather significant gaffe by the relatively new CEO which perhaps doesn't bode well for the future.One would have hoped for better after the rather depressing regime of Kersten England.
