SIR - One City Park seems to beg more questions than answers, and it will be very interesting to see how things pan out.

We are told that a first class tenant for part of the building is now lined up. It is to be hoped that the business is new to Bradford and not just moving within the city, and thus simply creating empty space elsewhere.

Who will fill up the rest of the building? I trust that Bradford Council will not try to justify its investment by taking up some of the space itself. This really would be unacceptable.

Indeed, we were told at the outset that there was great demand for Grade One office space in the city centre, and one therefore has to wonder why blue chip companies haven't been queuing up to sign on the dotted line already?

This development must surely still have some ongoing concerns.
