SIR - The planned multi-million pound re-modelling of Bradford city centre, is impressive. It's amazing how the artist is able to create the impression of utopia.
The reality, of course, is inevitably disappointing. Why? Because the one key missing ingredient in the artists impression is human behaviour. I hope that when arranging the street furniture, the developer is mindful of the need to create adequate space for the mechanical sweepers and the army of litter-pickers to perform their daily chores!
