SIR - Re: 'Accept Brexit?' (T&A letters, May 28). Colin Durkin quite rightly shows two fingers to those who insist that we all accept Brexit. A narrow majority might have voted for it partly because of B Johnson's 'porkies' and his agreeing to conditions for Northern Ireland that would never be acceptable to most Unionists as is now clear.
Brexit is as misguided as the Poll Tax in my view and my opposition to that resulted in a prison sentence. I did not accept Johnson's lies at the time of Brexit, and I'm not going to accept them now.
