SIR- When I hear of Vladimir Putin being accused of war crimes by NATO I get confused. Surely, war is a crime already.
It's a bit like accusing shop lifters of not adhering to shop lifting rules. Or burglars of not putting the kettle on. Or accusing fly tippers of not dumping tidily or of not showing enough artistic impression. "Come on lads, you can make it look nicer than that".
