SIR - I am confident there is a majority of people all over our country, especially so in the North of England, who support the trial solution of re-directing illegal immigrants to Rwanda.
A large majority of immigrants come UK seeking our soft touch welfare system. Labour are the party of welfare, thus most immigrants once they obtain the vote support left leaning political parties.
The classic example is the Blair government opening the country up to three million immigrants during Blair’s 10-year stint as PM.
Consequently the assorted “Left” are massing against the Conservative government for ending their endless rising supply of potential voters. Thank goodness our Home Secretary, Priti Patel, has got the strength to implement the new bold policy.
