SIR - Amazing announcement. A complete eco friendly sustainable five-storey building of grade A office space to be built and completed by summer 2023! Let’s hope there are penalty clauses.
Still waiting for the mayhem at the Greengates junction to be completed - a true shambles.
How can a 7km new tramline, in France ,which involved major works of moving mains sewerage pipes all utilities and roads, be completed in two years yet Greengates rumbles on?
