SIR - I am gobsmacked to learn that the Chief Executive of Bradford Council is paid a mind blowing salary of £228,000.
This against the backdrop of grubby, litter-strewn streets across the City makes it all the more scandalous and simply cannot be justified. Never mind the strategic nonsense that emanates from City Hall; try getting the basic visible services in shape to justify the fat cats salary!
