Should the Ukraine flag fly over City Hall?
SIR - Is it not time we saw the Ukraine flag flying over City Hall?
In view of the extraordinary welcome extended to President Zelensky by the mother of parliaments on Monday, surely our Council could make its own gesture of solidarity by running that blue and yellow flag up the flag pole.
Or is there some hidebound rule against it?
