SIR - Just where does the buck stop in Bradford? Not where it should do, at the very top, it seems.

We have seen child sexual exploitation rife in the district for a long time without any heads rolling.

Now we have the dreadful case of Star Hobson, but with no proper responsibility accepted at the top of the chain.

Labour Council leader Susan Hinchcliffe and Bradford Council chief executive Kersten England have been presiding over the city for several years, and yet still that aforementioned buck seems to evade them.

Surely if they had anything about them then both would have, and should have, resigned by now.
