Smorgasbord in Bradford city centre
SIR - Smorgasbord coffee shop refused permission again for shutters on their premises in Rawson Place. What planet is Bradford council on?
It seems they won’t be happy until it’s closed down. Conservation area? Maybe, but I don’t think many people go there to look at the buildings.
