SIR - There are now apparently some students at East Anglia University that are saying that English is the language of the colonisers. So they are expressing concern about its use.
What are they going to do, stop talking English? Perhaps they could express their superior conscience and morality through the media of dance.
The other alternative would be for all the exponents of cancel culture to stop talking English and learn another language from a country which had no colonial past (good luck with that). But then the rest of us wouldn't understand them so we wouldn't have to listen to them. That would be a terrible shame.
