SIR - The Environment Agency reports that Yorkshire Water is one of the best waste water treatment companies.
The Aire at Hirst Wood was stinking this morning. This happens almost weekly now. Dowley Gap sewage works clearly does not work.
If this is 'best performance' goodness knows what it's like elsewhere.
