FOUR more patients who tested positive for coronavirus have died at Airedale hospital, the Trust has announced.
The hospital has now seen a total of 140 Covid-related deaths. The four latest patients in the hospital's care died on November 12, 14 and 15.
A statement from NHS England today said in the past 24 hours a further 190 people who had tested positive for the virus had died bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 36,512.
Patients were aged between 29 and 100 and all expect three, aged 65 to 90, had known underlying health conditions.
Their families have been informed.
The latest daily figures of deaths by region are: East of England, 9; London, 8; Midlands, 37; North East and Yorkshire, 61; North West, 45; South East, 25; and South West, 5.
