WHARFEDALE and Aireborough residents are being advised to check how reputable their gardeners are.
West Yorkshire Police's Leeds North West Neighbourhood Policing Team is issuing the warning after a large quantity of garden waste was dumped on the bend of a rural road at Arthington recently.
The force publicised the issue on Twitter where it posted this photograph along with the message: "Had some gardening work done today?
"Do you know what your gardener did with the waste?
"This (pictured) has been fly tipped on a bend in a country road in Arthington earlier this evening.
"Not just inconsiderate but dangerous."
