RESIDENTS across Leeds are being reminded that mental health support is available.
Leeds City Council is urging people to also look after their emotional wellbeing, as well as physical health, during the COVID-19 crisis.
There are a number of Leeds-based resources available to provide help including:
*MindWell, which has an information hub with the latest information and details on how to take care of your mental health during this difficult time, or find help for others
*MindMate: a trusted, Leeds-based website specifically for children and young people, their families and the professionals who support them
*ActiveLeeds - whose team has recently launched online resources for all ages, including home workout tutorials, guidance and information, and fun challenges to try at home.
For more details on MindWell visit www.mindwell-leeds.org.uk, while Mindmate’s website can be found at www.mindmate.org.uk. More information about Active Leeds is available at https://active.leeds.gov.uk/.
