ILKLEY Manor House is re-opening on Saturday, February 1. It will be open Saturday and Sunday from 1.30pm – 4pm. Normal weekend opening times of 11am – 4pm will start from Saturday, February 29.

The Spring programme is due out very shortly with a programme of live music, heritage displays and events. “The works to improve the house are nearing completion and we are all ready for 2020,” said Nick Robinson, Operations Manager. “Lots of the team have been working hard to get the house ready for our visitors. The Solar Art Gallery have a new installation called ‘Awakening’ with wonderful examples of local and regional artists work for sale. Any sale made in the gallery goes towards helping the finances of the Manor House too. The full programme of events is also planned and the programme will be available from the Manor House, Visitor Information Centre and lots of other venues in the Town."

The Manor House will be a registered wedding venue from March 1. Daisy Johnson, Trustee said: “We are very excited about this new venture and there will be lots more information on how to book the house and what we can offer over the next few weeks but if you are planning a wedding make sure you come down to the Manor House for our first wedding fayre on Sunday, April 5th.”
