A MUSICAL comedy about a village's fight to stop new housing will performed at Fewston next month.
Badapple Theatre will present The Frozen Roman by Kate Bramley - featuring songs and music by Jez Lowe - at Fewston Parochial Hall from 7.30pm on Thursday, October 24.
The story shows what happens when the villagers discover a buried, ancient Roman site which they hope will help their campaign.
Tickets cost £12, £10 for concessions or £6 for under 16s and can be purchased by calling (01943) 880362 or 07795 464042.
