A police officer has warned there will be consequences for nuisance parking after a blind man was forced to walk on the road.
Sgt Terri Green, who works for the Baildon, Bingley and Bingley Rural NPT, reported issues with obstructive parking at a school event.
The man had no option but to walk on the road in Baildon.
It sparked abuse from drivers who were tooting their car horn.
Sgt Green has vowed that tickets will follow, adding #NotOnMyPatch.
In a post, Sgt Green said: "I'm upset to learn that a local blind resident had to walk on the road in Baildon due to obstructive parking at a school event. He was abused by drivers, tooting etc. and so upset he needed picking up.
"Too many to ticket there and then. Tickets will follow."
