Philip Ian Yeadon, aged 45, of Raeburn Drive, Wibsey; stalking, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £260 compensation. Daniel Collins, aged 38, of St John’s Road, Keighley; theft, original offences of theft and failure to attend follow-up assessment dealt with, suspended sentence imposed jailed for 16 weeks, £115 costs; two counts of commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offences.
