White van man fails drugs wipe.
A WHITE van driver in Sticker Lane, Bradford, who caught the attention of police for not wearing a seatbelt was subsequently stopped and tested for drugs this afternoon.
The driver provided a positive roadside drugs wipe for cannabis and was arrested.
