Man to stand trial accused of setting fire to Bradford city centre flat
A man is set to stand trial accused of setting fire to a flat at Trigg Hall in Claremont in Bradford city centre.
Zubair Khan, 42, of Allerton Road, Bradford, appeared at Bradford Crown Court on Thursday when the two-day trial was fixed to begin on October 1.
He is charged with committing arson on November 26 last year by damaging furniture and clothing in a flat belonging to Trigg Hall Housing, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged, and being reckless as to whether the life of another would be endangered.
