A man is to stand trial at Bradford Crown Court on July 5 accused of murdering a taxi driver in the city almost 20 years ago.
Ricardo Linton, 45, pleads not guilty to murdering Mohammed Basharat, 33, of Leylands Lane, Heaton, Bradford, on October 20, 2001.
Linton, of no fixed address, will be tried by Mr Justice Lavender.
He appeared at the court today for a further case management hearing.
