One of the men on trial at Bradford Crown Court accused of historic sex offences has been cleared on the direction of the judge.
Kasam Hussain, 30, of Lister Street, Keighley, faced one charge of intentionally inciting a girl aged under 16 to engage in sexual activity.
At the close of the prosecution case this week, he was acquitted by the jury on the direction of Judge Andrew Hatton and discharged from the dock.
Six men remain on trial at the crown court, all denying offences of rape.
The charges date between 2008 and 2009.
Prosecutor Kama Melly QC will make her closing speech tomorrow.
The jury is expected to retire to consider its verdicts later next week.
