HERE is a list of people who have been slapped with fines or driving penalty points for speeding on Bradford's M606 motorway this month.

Information published by magistrates’ courts in Bradford, has revealed one person was clocked speeding at 90mph on the motorway's section which has a 50mph limit and were clocked by the speed camera positioned there.

Here are the names of eight people who have appeared at magistrates' court in Bradford already this month for speeding on motorways.

Some of them are from Bradford, or were caught speeding on the M606 and from other areas of the country.

  • Declan Lewis, 25, of Pinfold Avenue, Sherburn In Elmet, Leeds, was given five driving licence points, fined £440, ordered to pay £90 costs and £44 victim surcharge for exceeding a 50mph speed restriction on a special road/motorway - automatic camera device, at 69mph, at the M606 southbound 150 yards south of the slip to Chainbar roundabout, on November 18, 2020.
  • Belal Uddin, 40, of Montague Street, Bradford, was given five driving licence points, fined £169, ordered to pay £85 costs and £34 victim surcharge for speeding - exceed 70mph motorway limit - manned equipment on the M606, Bradford, on November 28, 2020.
  • Colin Johnston, 75, of Garthdale Road, Liverpool, was given six licence points, fined £293, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for exceeding a 50mph speed restriction on a special road/motorway - automatic camera device, at 78mph, on the M606 southbound 150 yds south of the slip to Chainbar roundabout, on November 26, 2020.
  • David Hilton, 38, of Moston Lane East, Manchester, Greater Manchester, was given three driving licence points, fined £75, ordered to pay £90 costs and £34 victim surcharge for exceeding a 50mph speed restriction on a special road/motorway - automatic camera device, at 60mph, on the M606 southbound 150 yds south of the slip to Chainbar roundabout, on November 3, 2020.
