GUESTS are sure to be transfixed on this year’s keynote speak who is not only a motivational speaker, but a leadership development coach and a hypnotherapist.

Krystyna Lennon, of Guiseley, helps people to overcome fears and anxieties, and tackle the emotional blocks of what she calls ‘self sabotage’.

She works with many businesses, using her ‘Take Back Control’ coaching and hypnosis techniques to help everyone from nervous interviewees to top CEOs achieve more clarity, direction and success.

Voted the World’s Best Hypnotist by US TV network CBS, Krystyna has worked with stars such as Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore and Simon Cowell. Last year she appeared on Britain’s Got Talent with her “hypnodog” Princess.

Her work with business leaders has seen them achieve extraordinary success. Her practical, transferable techniques lead to instant results and better business performance.

She explained: “Someone might be making £6 million but they don’t feel that they’re worth it. If you think you’re worth much less, that’s what your going to get.

“Fears and anxieties get in the way of business. Negative habits we develop are conditioned at a deep-rooted level, which causes emotional blockage.

“The old conditioning comes into play and they think they’re not worth it.”

Steve Lowe, sales director of the Telegraph & Argus and Newsquest’s digital marketing solutions company, LOCALliQ, will also help to make it a night to remember.

“2019 has been a year when we have pushed the business awards in terms of growing entrants, sponsors and the awards evening itself,” he said.

He will open the night setting the scene for the evening and welcoming the hundreds of guests attending the black tie event and the sponsors who without their support such an event could not take place.

“The evening has a very different guest speaker to previous years, a new menu and a first in the way one of the awards will be won, plus an after-show party at Sunbridgewells for guests to attend too,” he added.

Steve will detail how the audience will play a big part in picking one of the winners on the night and how the big screen in City Park is part of the awards too this year.

Steve added: “I hopes everyone both enjoys the evening and joins the T&A, LocaliQ and all our sponsors in the excitement of raising the profile of Bradford businesses.”

The evening will present opportunities for Steve to explain about the LOCALiQ brand and its benefits in digital marketing for clients.

There will also be opportunities for networking among guests and celebrating with the winners.
