Bosses at a leading Keighley-based specialist furniture manufacturer have continued to invest in production and sustainable technology since completing a major funding deal at the end of last year.
Around £300,000 has been invested in a state-of-the art saw at British Thornton ESF to increase productivity at the firm’s 110,000 sq ft manufacturing complex where it has operated since 2005.
The company, owned and run by directors Stuart Little and Gary Wilks, has also significantly reduced the amount of waste sent to landfill by installing equipment to burn its own waste to generate heat for the factory.
