AN air ambulance was called out this morning after a cyclist suffered a suspected heart attack.
Emergency services were called out to Halifax Road, Denholme at 11.36am after reports a cyclist had fallen ill while cycling. They then went on to suffer a cardiac arrest.
Police and paramedics attended the scene, and an air ambulance landed on a nearby field.
