A leading galvanizing company with a plant in Bradford achieved record customer service scores on an internationally-recognised scale as part of the recent National Customer Service Week.

Wedge Group Galvanizing, the UK’s largest hot-dip galvanizing organisation, said its results were “outstanding” in monthly customer service surveys based on the globally-recognised Net Promoter, standard industry measure of customer loyalty.

Over the past 12 months, Wedge Group Galvanizing has been reaching scores of 80 per cent and 90 per cent, mainly higher than the industry benchmark.

Sales director Trevor Beech said: “The NPS enables us to measure, understand and improve our customers’ experience, and I would like to thank every one of our plants across the UK that is achieving such fantastic scores, for their hard work.

“Although the scores have been above average, there is a continuous improvement team at each plant.”
