More than 100 young people from across the district quizzed a panel of senior managers working in education, drug prevention and the police at Bradford Ice Arena.
The Big Questions on Ice event saw students from Bradford District Pupil Referral Unit ask questions on education, drugs, crime and the environment as they skated.
Lyndsey Brown, the unit’s headteacher, said: “The event was outstanding, it really was exciting. The young people loved it.
“They had spent a long time thinking about the questions and what was important to them. There was a lot of advantage for them in terms of building their confidence and self-esteem.”
