Bradford Bulls mascot Bullman joined his Leeds Super League rival Ronnie the Rhino as the two teams declared their support for Jane Tomlinson’s Asda Foundation Run For All Leeds 10K.
Fans of the two teams have been urged to take part in the event on Sunday, July 8, as part of the clubs’ Run with the Bulls and Run with the Rhinos schemes.
The aim is to raise money for the Jane Tomlinson Appeal as well as the Bradford Bulls and Leeds Rhinos Foundations.
Thousands of people are set to enter the biggest running event in Yorkshire and the two clubs are the latest in a long list of organisations that have registered to take part, including Welcome to Yorkshire and a team of Premier League football referees.
Event director Sara Birkinshaw said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for all the rugby league fans out there, no matter how young or old you are.
“With the Olympics just weeks away, get the family involved and get active with your favourite rugby league team. The Leeds 10K is a brilliant event and gets better year on year. So sign up and be a part of something amazing in this special summer.”
