Parents should have received letters informing them of which primary or secondary school their child will be going to in September.
Bradford Council is urging people who have not already applied for a school for their child to contact the admissions team as soon as possible as parents may not get their preferred choice because they have left it so late. Alternatively, parents can call into their local primary school for the relevant application form.
A spokesman said: “Any applications received at this stage will be treated as late and it may not be possible to offer a place at your preferred school.
“If your child is currently in Year 5 and is due to transfer to secondary school in September 2013, you will receive an information leaflet in July through your child’s primary school.”
