A cannabis factory was discovered in Hollings Road, Manningham, Bradford, at the weekend after a resident complained about a smell of gas.
A Police Community Support Officer uncovered the factory after officers forced their way in.
A spokesman for the Manningham and Toller Neighbourhood Policing Team said it was the second cannabis factory found locally in the last year.
“The officers are carrying out enquiries to trace the people responsible to bring them to justice,” the spokesman said.
