Sally’s Army, a women’s choir from Otley, will be among dozens of performers at the Disability Rocks musical and arts festival at Nell Bank outdoor centre, in Ilkley next weekend.
And to prepare for the event – and in case there is the bad weather traditionally associated with music festivals – the choir has been practising with their wellies on.
The choir will open the festival at noon next Saturday, and will perform in Otley’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations in the Market Square on Sunday, June 3.
