Merlin Top Primary School pupils were pictured a month ago happily posing next to the willow dome they had woven.
Now the same children are posing again – beside the ruins of the same structures in the grounds of their Keighley school.
Vandals broke through three padlocks to get into the grounds on Braithwaite Avenue so they could smash the three-metre dome-and-seat creations.
When the willow dome was finished in early April, staff spoke of how the structure would become green once the trees began to grow.
Since then, vandals have attacked the willow dome twice, leaving Merlin Top pupils angry and upset.
School head Mike Harrison said: “I am so sad that this has happened. Our children were really looking forward to playing in the willow structures this summer and someone has deliberately ruined it for them.”
