Social housing landlord Incommunities is planning to demolish two blocks of flats in Manningham, Bradford.
It said the accommodation had proved difficult to let and it wanted to redevelop the sites.
Properties in line for demolition include Montgomery House, Trenton Drive, and Picton House, Green Lane. A spokesman said: “Residents have been consulted about our demolition plans. We would look to redevelop this site in the future to provide more popular family-sized housing.”
