A man was robbed of thousands of pounds outside a bank as he went to cash business takings.
The 56-year-old was threatened by a suspect as he was about to enter the HSBC bank, in Manchester Road, Bradford, with a bag of money.
The suspect demanded the money and and reached inside his coat.
The victim fled to the back of the bank, pursued by the robber, where he fell and dropped the bag of money.
It was picked up by the suspect who fled to a waiting green saloon car which had a getaway driver and front passenger. The car sped off into Hawkshead Drive.
The victim, who had been collecting takings from businesses, was badly shaken but uninjured.
The suspect was white, in his early 30s, about 5ft 10ins, with short hair. He spoke with a Bradford accent and wore a black waist-length jacket. The driver was an Asian man in his early 30s.
The robber had been hanging around the front of the bank before the incident at about 11.45am on Monday.
