Jason Wright, aged 20, of Ash Street, Oxenhope, Keighley; driving while using a hand-held mobile phone, £60 fine, £15 costs, licence endorsed. Gary McIlhagga, aged 27, of Swarland Grove, Little Horton; criminal damage, restraining order made, £280 fine, £250 compensation, £15 costs. Umar Farooq, of Great Horton Road, Great Horton; failed to licence a house in multiple occupation, £2,500 fine, £675 costs; four counts of failure to comply with regulations in respect of house in multiple occupation, failure to furnish information, no separate penalty.

Brian Marc Glen, aged 30, of Wakefield Road, Tong; failing to ensure that the needs of an animal were met, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £260 costs, banned from keeping any animal for five years. Mohammed Rafiq, of Great Horton Road, Great Horton; failure to licence a house in multiple occupation, £2,500 fine, £675 costs; four counts of failure to comply with regulations in respect of house in multiple occupation, failure to furnish information, no separate penalty. Jasim Hafidh, of Bradford Road, East Bierley; depositing controlled waste, six months’ conditional discharge, £446 costs.

Shabbir Mussa, aged 41, of Fairhaven Green, Idle; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of using threatening or insulting words or behaviour, possession of a bladed article and failure to surrender to custody, dealt with, 12 weeks’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring. Michael Robert Ryan, aged 33, of Crosley Wood Road, Bingley; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of failure to notify Department of Work and Pensions of change of circumstances, one month’s community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £65 costs.

Martin Wiseman, aged 51, of Rosemount Walk, Keighley; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences of two counts of assault and resisting a police officer, six months’ conditional discharge, £85 costs. Aaron David Kitson, aged 25, of Gibson Street, Bradford Moor; drunk and disorderly, 12 months’ conditional discharge; failure to surrender to custody, £100 fine, £15 costs. Mohammed Mussavar-Saddique, aged 20, of Belgrave Road, Keighley; criminal damage, absolute discharge, £85 costs. Alistair Brett Houldsworth, aged 24, of Manville Road, Keighley; acting in an anti-social manner, two-year anti-social behaviour order. Victoria Abigail North, aged 29, of Kenton Way, Holme Wood; two counts of dishonestly making a false statement, 12 months’ community order, 60 hours’ unpaid work.
