Organisers of the Saltaire Arts Trail are calling for applications from artists and craftspeople for its Makers’ Fair.
The fair will be at Victoria Hall, Saltaire, over the bank holiday weekend of May 5 to 7, from 10am to 5pm each day.
There will also be another Open Houses event, where Saltaire residents can open up their homes as temporary art galleries. The deadline for people to apply for either event is Friday.
An independent panel including Jennifer Alexander, assistant curator of art at York Art Gallery, Angie Boyer, editorial director of Craft & Design magazine, and Izzy McDonald-Booth, retail manager at The National Glass Centre, will have the final decision on who will exhibit at the Makers’ Fair.
