A driver was taken to hospital early today after losing control of a car, crashing it in Ned Lane, Holme Wood, Bradford.
Police are investigating after the collision, involving a Ford Focus car at about 6am.
The man, who is in his early 20s, suffered injuries in the collision and was taken by ambulance to Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Firefighters from Bradford station were sent to the scene to help rescue the man and police shut the narrow road for about an hour.
A fire service spokesman said ice on the road may have contributed to the collision.
