Oxenhope: internal alterations to extend the existing kitchen into the adjoining bedroom (west-east) by the part demolition of an internal wall, the insertion of three conservation rooflights and the penetration of the existing roof with an extract duct, The Barn, North Ives Farm, Marsh Lane.
Queensbury: construction of one dwelling house, land east of 4-44 Thornton Road. Queensbury: substitution of house types on plots 1-3, 29 and 31-33 (substitution of plots 31-33 introduces an additional unit), former Hazelhurst Quarry, Long Lane. Queensbury: change of use of existing mill to residential dwelling, Queensbury Square. Shipley: construction of timber-decked area accessed via French doors from existing lounge, 19 Woodcot Avenue.
Silsden: non-material amendment to permission 10/06282/FUL dated 14.2.11: amendments to previously approved house on Plot B, resubmission of 09/04089/FUL: construction of two houses, garages and alterations to vehicular access, Plot B Swartha House Farm, Swartha Lane. Silsden: installation of six timber/wood framed double glazed windows, 13 St John’s Street.
Silsden: installation of solar electric and solar thermal panels to roof, Ecology Building Society, 7 Belton Road. Silsden: construction of two-storey extension to side and rear, 1 Aireville Drive. Steeton with Eastburn: construction of conservatory to side, 5 James Avenue. Tong: barn conversion to form new riding school manager accommodation with office, saddle room and storage, Grange Farm, Tong Lane.
