Bowling: construction of residential development of six dwellings including access roads and parking, land north of 602 Sticker Lane. Bradford Moor: construction of extension to rear, 2 Thornbury Crescent. Bradford Moor: construction of front entrance porches, 5-9 Wensleydale Road. Bradford Moor: construction of porch, 78 Silverhill Road.

Burley in Wharfedale: demolition of existing bungalow and construction of two detached dwellings with detached garages and car port, Pine Croft, Prospect Road. Burley in Wharfedale: extension to dwelling extension to domestic garage and change of use of part paddock to form garden curtilage, 11 Moss Brook Court.

City centre: change of use from offices to a single dwelling, 14 Hallfield Road. City centre: installation of two non-illuminated aluminium fascia signs and three non-illuminated aluminium panels, Johnstones Paints Plc, Jowett Street. City centre: phase 2 extension to rooftop, 9-11 Peckover Street. City centre: use of building for 56 student bed spaces, land at Salem Street.

Clayton: single-storey extension to rear of dwelling to provide ground floor bedroom and bathroom facilities for disabled person, 14 Crescent Walk. Eccleshill: one freestanding illuminated ā€˜Vā€™ sign and three freestanding directional signs, 448 Harrogate Road.

Gilstead: retrospective planning permission for a 1.8m garden fence to the front and partly to the side of the property, 67 Gilstead Lane. Great Horton: change of use of part of ground floor and basement from residential to A2 office with single-storey extension to side, 466 Great Horton Road. Great Horton: construction of basement kitchen, 205 Great Horton Road.

Haworth: demolition of existing building, part re-use of existing materials to construct three new dwellings, 4 Carlton Street. Heaton: change of use of ground floor to A1 use, two-storey rear extension and front and rear dormer windows, 268 Heaton Road.
