The jury in the trial of a 30-year-old man accused of raping a woman on a night out in Bradford has been discharged from giving a verdict.
Judge John Potter dismissed jurors yesterday and ordered a retrial on May 28.
John Cawley, of Hazelhurst Road, Daisy Hill, Bradford, denies orally raping the 21-year-old Skipton woman on August 19 last year.
His bail was renewed until the next hearing.
