The following planning applications have been submitted to Bradford Council:

Undercliffe: extensions to school building over two phases: phase one, a two-storey extension to the north west including new hall, extended kitchen and ancillary facilities at ground floor with three additional class bases and associated ancillary spaces at first-floor level together with a new fire escape stair and new toilet facilities, revised car parking and pedestrian access; phase two, a two-storey extension to the north east creating a first-floor infill over the existing reception and a two-storey element to the east to incorporate a new main entrance and reception lobby, together with new staff and administration areas at ground floor and four new class bases together with supporting ancillary spaces at first floor with new fire escape stair, revised landscaping and approaches, Peel Park Primary School, Peel Park Drive.

Wibsey: construction of two detached dwellings, land east of 30-32 Chapel Street. Wibsey: resubmission of previous planning permission 11/02284/FUL to amend scheme from the approval for six flat units to three dwellings, 53 Wibsey Bank.

Wilsden: construction of first-floor extension over existing garage, 54 Birchlands Avenue.

Wrose: front porch entrance, 19 Plumpton Drive.

Wyke: change of use from former car park to temporary site and recovery vehicle compound associated with the M62 managed motorway construction project, land at Transperience Way. Wyke: variation of conditions 5, 7 and 13 of permission 11/00965/FUL dated 13.7.11: change of use of vacant industrial site for caravan/trailer storage, Wyke Mills, Huddersfield Road. Wyke: roof top extension to raise existing roof line to accommodate new equipment below, BASF Chemicals, Cleckheaton Road. Wyke: construction of stables, tack room and site access improvements, land off Huddersfield Road.
