Hayley Jade Cawthraw, aged 18, of Back Mannville Road, Keighley; two counts of criminal damage, community order made with curfew, £250 compensation; failure to surrender to custody, no separate penalty. William Stuart Gillespie, aged 47, of Thornton Road, Allerton; drink-driving, 24 months conditional discharge, £85 costs, banned from driving for 36 months. Peter Kocaj, aged 47, of Leeds Road, Barkerend; dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, failure to surrender to custody, committing offence during period of conditional discharge, community order made with 200 hours’ unpaid work.

Kashmir Singh, aged 52, of Wyndham Avenue, Bolton; breach of the peace, bound over for six months.

Shane Dickson, aged 26, of Albert Street, Thornton; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of driving a vehicle knowing it was taken without the owner’s consent and failure to surrender to custody dealt with, 12 months’ community order, 50 hours’ unpaid work.

Martin Garrity, aged 31, of Middlebrook Crescent, Fairweather Green; failure to comply with requirements of community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences, £85 costs; original offences of failure to provide specimen of breath and driving while disqualified dealt with, three months’ community order with electronic monitoring and curfew.

Mehrban Ali, aged 40, of Jesmond Avenue, Heaton; drink-driving, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, 12 months’ community order, 80 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs, banned from driving for four years. Wasim Nawaz, aged 34, of Glendare Avenue, Lidget Green; breach of non-molestation order, two counts of assault, failure to surrender to custody, jailed for 26 weeks. Barbara Hudson, aged 81, of Elizabeth Avenue, Wyke; failure to stop after an accident, £250 fine, £55 costs, licence endorsed; failure to report an accident, no separate penalty.

John Michael McMenamin, aged 47, of Pembroke Street, West Bowling; theft, assault, 12 months’ community order, eight weeks’ curfew; application to revoke a community order without re-sentencing, granted, community order revoked. Adam Karchnak, aged 28, of Falcon Street, Great Horton; drink-driving, £360 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for 18 months.

Joseph William McStay, aged 43, of Shann Crescent, Keighley; breach of anti-social behaviour order, jailed for ten weeks.
