The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Keighley: non-material amendment to application 80/06/01443 (detached house); amended roof to kitchen extension, land at Hainworth Shaw Lane. Keighley: residential development including vehicular access, Spring Mount, Bingley Road. Keighley: two-storey gable extension, Morton Banks House, Morton Lane, East Morton.
Micklethwaite: construction of some 400 dwellings, replacement vehicular and pedestrian swing bridge over the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, provision of new accesses off Sty Lane and Micklethwaite Lane, emergency and limited access off Oakwood Drive, pedestrian and cycle access to Fairfax Road, off-site highway improvements, laying out of public open space and landscaping, land at Sty Lane.
Oakworth: construction of single-storey porch/log store, Higher Scholes Barn, Higher Scholes, Scholes Lane. Steeton with Eastburn: construction of single storey side extension, 17 Stone Grove. Steeton with Eastburn: convert garage to dining room with alteration of garage door to window, 39 Currer Walk. Tong: extension of a one form entry primary school to provide a two form entry primary school in a three-phased progressive development, Carrwood Primary School, Eversley Drive.
Wilsden: construction of two-storey extension replacing existing attached garage, 25 Gillrene Avenue, Haworth Road. Wyke: change of use of vacant industrial site for caravan/ trailer storage, Wyke Mills, Huddersfield Road.
